Thanks for your reply. I understand the workaround, I have been doing it for six months now. As you know, it is extremely frustrating.

 

My question is: when do you plan to actually implement a fix? It is quite hard to believe that your engineers "have been working on it" for six months now and have still not been able to solve it.

 

Also, I would love to actually talk to a person on the phone, but it does not work for me, it seems you can only insert a US phone number. I do not live in the US. Do you have any way to receive a call to a French phone number?
