This is not the impression we want you to experience when using the Bank Feeds feature, Cherokeecpa.

 

This is an ongoing issue where American Express not importing all cardholders' transactions though they get the Receive Authorization Successful message. Rest assured our engineers are working together for the permanent fix of this issue. In the meantime, we can manually upload the missing transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO)

 

Once done, please reach out to our Customer Support Team to add you and your client as one of the affected users of this issue. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and send you an email notification once there's an update on this one. You may send a message via chat, call us at a time convenient to you, or we’ll get in touch with you instead.   1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.
