Banking

Thank you for raising your question here on the Community page, @George-Bryce.

Yes, BlueVine bank is compatible with QuickBooks online banking. This feature of QuickBooks Online (QBO) saves you time doing the manual banking entry. Thus, you're able to connect your account. I can guide you on how.

  1. Open your QBO account, the click on Banking or Transactions at the left pane.
  2. Select Banking, then click on Link account.
  3. Enter your bank's name or URL under the Let's get a picture of your profits window.
  4. Choose your bank account (BlueVine bank) from the result.
  5. Input your bank credentials ( email and password), then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.

For an additional guide about connecting bank or credit card accounts to QBO, you can also check out this article.

Once your account is connected, the system downloads your bank transactions automatically. All you need to do is to approve and categorize them. Here's an article you can open for the instructions: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know how else I can help you with QuickBooks. I've got your back and am always here to help. Thanks for coming, have a great day!
