Thanks for asking your question in the QuickBooks Community!  I’d be delighted to help you reverse this. To record the deposit:

1. Go to the Banking menu and select Make Deposits.
2. Click Payments.
3. Choose the payments you want to deposit for that day, then select OK.
4. Save & Close.
