If the CC account is disconnected, you'll need to reactivate it so you can download transactions within your company file. On the other hand, if you mean it was closed on the bank's end, you can import them via Web Connect. 

Open a web browser and go to your bank's website. Then, log in to your bank account and download your transactions as a QuickBooks Web Connect (.qbo) file and save it on your desktop. Once done, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to Banking menu.
2. Click Import Web Connect file under Bank Feeds.
3. Select the file you saved. Click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
   

I would also suggest contacting your bank to get other possible options in bringing the transactions to QBDT. Here are some articles that will guide you through keeping them organized:
