With this information, I can check to see if there is an ongoing investigation and add you to the list of affected users if necessary. There are certain banks that we have noticed this happening with, and our engineers are doing their best to resolve these issues. In the meantime, I encourage uploading your bank transactions manually in your QBO account. For more guidance, feel free to check out this article, including a video presentation about this.
