I can help you delete credit card transactions by batch, @jadira.

Deleting multiple transactions by batch is only available in QuickBooks Desktop Accountant 2017,  Enterprise and Enterprise Accountant 17.0, and later versions. Here's how:

  1. Go to the File menu and select Switch to Single-user mode.
  2. Select the Accountant menu, then click Batch Delete/Void Transactions.
  3. Click the transactions you want to delete.
  4. Select Review & Delete.
  5. Click Back Up & Delete. You can also skip the backup and select Delete only or Void only from the dropdowns.
  6. Select Yes to confirm.

After you delete or void the transactions, you can select View Deleted/Voided Transaction Report to print a copy of the deleted transactions.

If you're using the Premier version, the only way to delete transactions is to manually do it one at a time. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Lists menu, then click Chart of Accounts.
  2. Select the account, right-click, then click Delete Account.
  3. Click OK to confirm.

Although, I'd suggest reaching out with your accountant before deleting it since this might be affecting your reconciled balances or closed books.

Let me share this article about understanding QuickBooks Chart of Accounts for future reference.

Please keep in touch if there's anything else I can do to help you succeed with QuickBooks. I've got your back. Have a great day.
