Banking

Thanks, I have received 2 emails saying more information is needed.  Have attempted to click on the red tab saying application update and nothing happens.  I have tried to go on the chat and the first 2 times I was able to chat but they just indicated I should close up QB and restart - which I have now done more than 2 times and nothing ;-(

 

The best I get when I click on the update application is a pop up that says we have your application and will let you know if more information is needed so this is all very confusing.

 

Also now when I attempt to log on to chat no one connects - I am just floating in space.  

Would be delighted to provide what ever additional information is needed but can't connect.

 

I am sure the system is flooded but I would very much like to at least have the opportunity to obtain the PPP for my client who is on my QB desktop.
