While QuickBooks Desktop Pro can only show your most recent reconciliation, you're recommended to saving your reconciliation reports in PDF. Or export them to PDF each time you reconcile an account.
For now, you can open your bank account from the Chart of Account. Then, print reconciled transactions from there. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Lists menu, then Chart of Account.
- Double-click the bank account you've reconciled.
- Click the Print icon, then filter the date range based on the reconciliation period.
- Select OK, then follow onscreen instructions on how to print it.
