Creating a positive pay for the bank would be a great option. As a workaround, you can head over to QuickBooks
Desktop Apps. The page will give you a full list of Third Party Applications for the positive pay file.
You can also let our product managers know about this suggestion, so they can apply it on our next release. Just click the Help menu and select Send Feedback Online.
All feedback goes to them and everything we update in QuickBooks is based on that information.
