Scroll to the bottom of the icon bar (if on the left side) and customize it - you can remove ones you do not use, and rearrange the order. It is actually the top icon bar set on edge and despite the options related to search that one is grayed out. You can also collapse the banner or use only the one on top. If this is moving the bottom of your whole home page off-screen then try changinf your screen resolution
