Welcome to the Intuit Community. Let’s run the Previous Reconciliation Report to view the previous year's reconciled transactions.
With just a few clicks, you can accomplish this task in QuickBooks. You can get reports for the last 120 reconciliations if you’re using any of these versions: Premier, Accountant, and Enterprise.
If so, I laid out the steps below to accomplish this task. Here’s how:
- Go to the Reports menu on the top and choose Banking to select Previous Reconciliation.
- This will display the Select Previous Reconciliation Report window.
- From there, choose which type of report to run: Summary, Detail, or Both.
- Then, mark the radio button for the transactions to include in the report.
- Click OK to confirm the action.
- On the Reconciliation Report page, hit the Print icon to get a copy of the information.
If you’ve reconciled for more than 120 times, change the system date of the computer to your desired period. This way, you can print your previous reconciliation.
