Hello there, SoFLGal.

I've checked our records here and found out that this investigation is still in progress. As of now, we haven't received any updates to when this will be resolved. Rest assured, our engineers are doing their best to rectify the issue as soon as possible. Since you already contacted our technical supports, your account detail is already added to our notification list. We'll be sending you an email once we get this sorted out and I'll also let you know through this thread.

For now, we can manually upload your bank transactions to your QuickBooks account. You can go to your bank's website and follow the instructions on how to download them. As of now, these are our supported file formats:

  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • Quicken (QFX)

Here's how to upload the file:

  1. Select Banking from the sidebar menu,
  2. Click the Banking tab.
  3. Hit the Upload transactions button.
  4. Click Browse and choose the file you downloaded from your bank.
  5. Select the account you want to upload the transactions into from the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down menu, then select Next
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions, then click Next.
  7. Hit Let's go, to complete the process.

Once done, let's go back to the Banking menu to match and categorize your bank transactions.

If you're about to reconcile your account, you can refer to this article that will guide you in doing it: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.

I'm just a post away if you have any other questions on this or any other QuickBooks topic. Feel free to tag me in the comment section.
