Hello, @streetliteoffice.
I've reviewed our records and haven't found any ongoing investigation about the unresponsive reconcile button in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To isolate the problem, I encourage reconciling your account using a private window since it doesn't store any history or form data. Your regular browser tends to hold onto information, and over time it could cause problems while working with QuickBooks.
To save you time, you can use either of these shortcut keys:
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift +N
If that works fine from there, I suggest switching back to your regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. For your guide, check out this article: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.
Also, using other supported browsers can help us narrow down the cause of this behavior.
If the problem continues, I recommend disabling the pop-up blockers so you can click the button successfully. Sometimes, these are the reason why nothing happens when clicking on a button or a link. For your guide, check out this article and select the appropriate browser you're using: Why doesn't anything happen when I select a button or link?. If you don't want to disable it, you may add Intuit to your trusted sites so it will allow opening any pop-up windows.
