The situation, however, is emblematic of the degree to which Intuit deprioritizes the user experience. Requiring users to download a toolkit to debug a new release would make even a Windows 10 release team look for a hole to crawl into.
With all the new ways Intuit has developed over the last 10 year for reaching into my pocket for more money, the expectation would be that at least a portion would go to developing some professional level testing and UX methods.
