We pay for a product like Quick Books and expect it to work, or at the very least be notified that there are issues with the bank download feature. Someone at QB has to have some customer service experience. I should have an email identifying the issue with Wells Fargo and Chase, and letting us ALL know when it will be fixed. I am sick of the "try again tomorrow" suggestion by the way.
