I am having the same issue, and i am new to QuickBooks, can you please help me, when you say From your chart of accounts , where is that?? I have downloaded from American Express, initially I was able to download the last few transactions but they gave me the option of downloading since April and now i cannot get it to sync. I did change it to a QBO file successfully (saw that somewhere else) but it sitll is not seeing fhe financial info.
