First of all, I appreciated the effort of following the steps provided by my colleague's about importing bank transactions and contacting to our phone support.

 

I've checked on my resources and found out that no other users are having a problem with importing bank transactions in QuickBooks Desktop. I would also appreciate it if you can tell us what specific bank you're using so we can determine and check if there's an ongoing issue with the bank.

 

Meanwhile, if you're having a problem with using WebConnect on importing transactions from your bank. Please refer some common issues with Web Connect:

 

  • “QuickBooks found an error. We can’t read the file {Your financial institution} sent.”
  • "An error occurred while processing your online banking data."
  • "Your data was not imported into QuickBooks."
  • "QuickBooks is unable to verify the Financial Institution information for this download."
  • QuickBooks seems stuck and asks you to select a new or existing account when you try to download.

 

Once done checking the cause of the error of WebConnectn and your able to fix it. You can now reimport the missing transactions.
