Let me route to our best support available to get this resolved right away. I recommend contacting our support team. They have the tools to check your account securely. 

 

Form there, they can further investigate the connection between F&M trust bank and your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Here how to contact them.

 

In your QBO:

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Type in error 103 and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose your preferred way to get in touch with them.

In the meantime, let's manually upload your bank transactions to QBO. You can check this article for reference: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
