We can update your Bank Feeds if you're using the QuickBooks Desktop. This helps to bring in those Amex transactions to QuickBooks. Here's how to update it:
- Go to your Bank Feeds.
- Select the tile for the affected Amex account.
- Click on the Refresh Account button.

If you're using the QuickBooks Online, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. We have a new case about Amex transactions that aren't downloading.
To reach out to them:
- Go to Help and click on Contact us.
- Enter American Express transactions as the topic. Click on Let's talk.
- Choose either Start a message or Get a callback.
By contacting them, you'll be added on the list of affected users. That would help our engineers to gather more details about this issue for a faster resolution.
