Hello Nancy,

Rustler may have been referring to creating a backup copy of the file. You can follow these steps on how to do it.

1. Log in to your QuickBooks account.
2. Click File located at the top, and choose Back Up Company.
3. Select Create Local Backup, and choose how you want to save your file.
4. Click Next and follow the instructions on how to save the file.
5. Click OK.
