I really want to help you locate the transactions with serial numbers, however, the only way to do this is to go through each transactions using the reports provided by my colleague. 

 

I'd suggest reaching out to our Desktop Specialist again and provide them with your case number. This way, they can look into this thoroughly and escalate the issue if needed.
