Welcome to the Community, daccharlotte.
Thanks for tying the recommended troubleshooting.
Since you've already tried the steps on this thread, let's try repairing QuickBooks. This can help us resolve any performance issues while using the software. Here's how:
- Restart your computer to close unnecessary programs interfering with QuickBooks.
- Back up your QuickBooks company file.
- On your keyboard, press Windows + E to open the Computer window.
Note: In Windows 10, 8.1 and 8, click the Computer tab. - Choose Programs and Features, then Uninstall a program.
- Click your version of QuickBooks Desktop and select Uninstall/Change.
- Choose Continue and Next.
- Select Repair and Next. Wait for the Repair to complete.
- Choose Finish, then restart your computer if prompted.
- Lastly, download the latest QuickBooks release when opening QuickBooks.
Once done, try deleting the memorized transactions once more (follow the steps above).
That should get you back on track.
Let me know the result after performing the steps above. I'll jump right back in to assist if you need anything else. Best regards.
