Banking
Good morning, @penstruck.
Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community!
A "HTTP 403 error" in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) means the program can't access online services, often due to incorrect internet settings, firewall restrictions, or a damaged file in the CPS folder. To fix it, check your internet settings to disable the proxy server, verify firewall rules, run a malware scan, or repair the QuickBooks installation.
As for the OLSU 1024 error, you might get this error if:
- There’s a problem with your bank
- You have alerts on your online bank account you need to acknowledge
- Your bank changed their service offering to Web or Direct Connect
- You have an inactive bank account in QuickBooks with online banking
- Your bank’s info isn’t updated on the Financial Institutions Directory (FiDir) in QuickBooks
- There might be a problem with their servers
- There’s a problem with your internet connection
- There’s a problem with one or more bank accounts in your company file
- The file from your bank isn’t compatible with QuickBooks
- You’re using a version of QuickBooks we don't support
Review this guide on how to resolve these errors: Fix OL and OLSU bank feed errors.
