Thank you!! This is exactly how I felt reading their response. The new update is atrocious and the fact that every support response I've seen about this new update has just been, "adjust and move on," has been disheartening to say the least. It doesn't help having to fill out a survey every time you switch companies as well. So frustrating! At least our opinions aren't ours alone, this new update has to go.
