TO ALL:

So I have figured out this is only happening to my Federal Credit Union clients.  This is due to the new

2-Step MultiFact Security now put in place.  Meaning, If I were to login into the Cr Union directly, I have to wait for a code sent to my phone.  Fortunately, I can do this, therefore I can clear this error daily from QBO as it sends a code to me also.

However, for those who do not have access to clients direct bank logins, this is a huge inconvenience to have to bother the client!!  But I do understand it is the credit union security and not QBO.
