@johnmcpa @StewHard @MirriamM @rwp47 @EHS @I have been posting on this issue for almost two years. I have spent hours on the phone with QBO support, and I have sent many feedback requests through the gear icon with no correction to the issue. Two years ago when the Reminders List worked correctly, when a reminder was used Edited and Created, the previous date in the Recurring Transaction list would update appropriately, and the Reminder would drop off of the Reminders List. Currently, you have to skip the reminder after it has been edited and created. (Also, if you forget to skip the Reminder, it is easy to enter it a second time.) Consequently, the previous date does not update, nor is the audit list of your transactions correct because it looks like you have skipped all of the reminders! I still don't understand how the knowledgeable engineers of QBO have determined the change to the Reminders List benefits its customers. Please change it back to the way it used to work!!
