The only recurring transactions are reminder transactions. If I go to recurring transactions, I have a drop down with two options: Reminder List or Run Report. Some of the templates listed have three possible actions: Use, Duplicate, Delete. Others have the additional options of Pause and Skip Next Date. All are reminder transactions. I don't know why the program seems to be treating things differently. It does seem that anything that has a "Next Date" in the future has the additional options and those are the only items with the Skip option. As long as I am entering those transactions in advance, I can skip after I use the template. That leaves me with the things that have past dates. For example, I have a templated that is showing "Next Date" of 6/19/25. I have already created the 6/19/28 invoice, but the date hasn't updated and I can't skip it because 6/19/25 has already passed.
