If my colleague's steps didn't help or work for this 185 bank error, I recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team again. They'll be able to review your account on the back end to see why this is happening or start an investigation for you. Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Press the Contact Us button.
- Enter your question (Be sure to let them know that you had a case open before) and hit Let's talk.
- Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
