I just signed up for QuickBooks  / Green Dot Checking.  I am shocked that the mobile deposit feature does not work. I tried to deposit a check and received the same error message mentioned by other users. That fact that this has dragged on for months based on what I can see is unacceptable. How is there not one person who can hop on the phone and troubleshoot the issue to completion?  So wild that basic account functionality is not working. I am going to close out my new account to save myself this headache and future headaches. I suggest others do the same. Someone needs to care about this concern or you will continue to lose customers.
