I just confirmed that the sales receipt shows up in the list of transactions that can be included with the bank deposit. When I select the sales receipt and subtract (add a negative amount) any merchant deposit fees that were assessed by a credit card processor, the sales receipt is properly removed from my Undeposited Funds account.
