As of now, QuickBooks Online (QBO) has efficiently maintained all reconciled transactions as cleared, without any reported issues or discrepancies related. I'm here to guide you on how you can sort this out, touchdownwi.

If reconciled transactions appear as uncleared, it could be due to modifications, deletions, or a previous reconciliation being undone. If multiple users have access to your QBO account, you can review the Audit Log. This allows you to monitor if any modifications have been made to your reconciliations, which could result in transactions appearing as uncleared. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit log.
  2. Select Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Click Apply.

However, if these transactions weren't modified yet still appear as uncleared, I recommend contacting our support team so they'll be able to double-check the problem. They possess the necessary tools to securely access your account and can thoroughly investigate to identify the root cause of the issue. This will aid in resolving the matter efficiently.
