They suggested selecting a different bank for my conversion—a random bank that supports credit card transactions via Web Connect—since Fifth Third Bank does not. While Fifth Third Bank supports checking accounts, it does not support corporate credit card accounts.
I followed their suggestion, but encountered a different error message indicating that the bank does not support the file type. MoneyThumb then modified my file and asked me to try importing it again. Voilà! It worked perfectly.
