The QB processing fees were the difference to resolve in my case. Match, resolve, enter resolution category, done - all pretty.
Now if QB can work on column alignments and scroll views, it would be 10,000x times better. I miss the way Desktop would keep my view preferences and the layout of the menu bars. =(
