Good Morning Clark_B,

Thank you very much for your email - I appreciate your help.

 

When my client goes to connect her bank account, the it shows that all accounts, including the credit cards, are already connected.  The account numbers listed match her numbers correctly.

I have selected the Update button several times, but the newly added cards do not appear as an additional box/account at the top of the transactions screens.

Nor do the missing transactions appear in the Parent credit card account, which IS shown at the top of the transactions screen.

 

I'm willing and able to manually add this month's transactions so I can reconcile the account but would really like to connect these two additional cards for the future.

 

I was wondering if disconnecting/reconnecting the bank feed would be an option?  I have all transactions available categorized for 2024.
