having the same issue with Chase ink. I just watched a youtube video showing that the parent and sub accounts can be linked and how to do it. I followed along in QB doing the same thing the video showed but received this error that the sub account cannot be linked because the parent account is already linked. He did it in the video but I can't do it sooooo apparently something has changed with QB and it can no longer be done.
