Banking

It works with a fresh install of QB, at least for some length of time.  I had a problem about 10 days ago and had to uninstall QB.  When I reinstalled, and then used a backup file to restore the Company, bank feeds for Citibank worked.  Then, about 1-2 days ago, it started again with the error message.  Given that fact, how in the world would calling Citibank solve anything when it is clearly a QB error?

 

The thing that angers me more is that I only upgraded to QB 2024 because I was told bank feed support was ending for QB 2021.  Now I'm spending hundreds of dollars a year for a feature that does not even work.
