How can I log into my amazon account to import transaction information? I'm doing ti through labs, but it tells me to check my credentials and try again. I've done that.

I know my password if correct, as I've tried it on the Amazon website.
I think that an authorization text/email/notification isn't coming through on Amazon app/quickbooks/email.
