It's crucial to display the correct date when importing mileage data from MileIQ to QuickBooks, theinnovative. I'll share a few options you can use to correct the format.

First, download the CSV file from QuickBooks to have a reference of the correct format. To proceed, go to the Mileage tab, select the Add trip drop-down menu and choose Download my trips. After that, open the downloaded file and overwrite (copy & paste) with the trip data from MileIQ. Save it then upload through Import trips.

Additionally, you can convert the MileIQ file to CSV via an online converter or app, then compare the format accepted by QBO before importing. Look for one by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Apps menu.
  2. Select the Find apps tab.
  3. Type any keyword in the search bar or click the Browse category dropdown menu to explore various programs.

Alternatively, you can manually add your trips using the following steps:

  1. Go to the Expenses menu and select Mileage.
  2. Choose Add trip.
  3. Enter the trip date, distance, starting and ending points, purpose, and the vehicle you used.
  4. Tap Save.
