Banking
I appreciate you letting us know, sunnyaloha. Allow me to provide necessary fixes when managing missing online bank transactions in your QuickBooks Online account.
In QBO, the program is dependent on the entries downloaded from your Chase account. To ensure recent transactions are synced to QuickBooks, we can manually update your bank connection to help refresh its online connectivity. To do this:
- Go to Transactions from the left menu panel and click Bank Transactions.
- Then, click Update.
Once done, compare all the transactions from your banking statement to the entries downloaded in QBO. I'm also including this reference for more detailed insights: Bank errors and missing transactions in QuickBooks Online.
However, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to help review your account and further investigate missing bank transactions in your file.
Furthermore, you can manually upload your bank transactions to your QBO account as a workaround. To do this, you'll have to download the transactions from your bank's website in a CSV file format. Then, import these transactions into your account.
Once everything comes in handy, it’s best to regularly review and reconcile your accounts to ensure they always match your bank and credit card statements.
If there’s anything else you need further assistance managing bank transactions in your account, feel free to leave them in the comments below. Keep safe.
