I can get to the list but it stops short of getting to the bottom to where it says rearrange and to pencil to drag and drop.
. I am on a chromebook and have been trying for a couple hours, to no avail am I getting to where I can accomplish this task of rearranging my accounts. I am very frustrated by now. What can I do to solve this problem?
