Add me to the list of frustrated Quickbooks users. After an update, suddenly I could not import qbo files downloaded from chase. After following the suggested fix of deactivating & then reactivating, Quickbooks found the account but only downloaded the current months transactions. There does not appear to be a way to import previous transactions. Please tell your engineers to add the option of selecting time frames for updating in bank feeds. Myself & others do not want to have to create a new account. Our only option left is to manually enter each transaction. This is especially frustrating when the price was tripled. Why are we paying more for a broken program?
