It's important to note that the check deposit limits may vary by account. While it appears that the limit is set to 10 deposits, you can verify your specific limit within the mobile app. When you snap a picture of the check, your deposit limit will be displayed.

 

If your limit is higher than the one indicated in the error message you encountered, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Support team. They have the tools and expertise to conduct further investigations to determine the root cause of the problem. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account, then select the Help icon.  
  2. Click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.
