If you've already tried entering the Wells Fargo CEO URL from the bank's provided link, then that confirms the accuracy of the URL you entered.

 

Moreover, please know that the issue you've been experiencing with Wells Fargo is linked to the cases that we're currently investigating. Please be assured that our engineering team is actively working to resolve this issue, and we anticipate providing you with an update soon.

 

While we do not have a specific resolution date, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support team and requesting to be added to the list of affected users. This way, you’ll receive timely updates directly on the issue via email.

 

Here's how to reach a live representative:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO company, then go to Help (?).
  2. Click on Search, then Contact Us.
  3. Select a topic to connect with the right expert.

In the meantime, you can manually upload the bank transactions to your account. Make sure to review the file format and size to import them successfully.

 

Once the connection is established, you'll want to exclude the bank transaction that appears to be the same to avoid duplicates.
