I am very new to Quickbooks and bookkeeping as a whole, however, I have found that ChatGPT 4.0 can convert excel files to IIF files which you can import to Quickbooks Desktop. The difficult part is formatting the excel in the exact way so that QB can properly import the IIF after it is converted by AI. I have had the same problems trying to import a bank transaction sheet into QB, so I am currently writing a python script with the help of AI to automatically convert the bank statement into the format of an IIF so it can easily be imported. I will update if I have any success, not sure if this is helpful or not but anything is better than the quickbooks service team lol
