Dealing with recurring transactions that unexpectedly kick you out of the workflow can be incredibly challenging, Aqua Vision.
We have an ongoing investigation about getting kicked back to the dashboard after the second invoice is processed. Rest assured that our engineers are doing their best to fix it.
I recommend contacting our customer care team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive email updates on the investigation's status and be notified once it's been resolved.
Here's how to reach them:
- Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
- Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
- Select Contact Support Team.
- Type again Talk to a human and click Contact Support Team.
- Choose a way to connect with us.
