I would love to provide information regarding the reconciliation process. However, before doing so, I'd like to ask if there's any specific error showing on your screen when downloading the bank feed. It will help me identify any problem between your bank and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Also, could you please provide a screenshot that prompts when reconciling? It will help us identify the root cause of your reconciliation issue.
