If you haven't, I'd recommend contacting our support team to have your name added to the affected users and receive emails with updates on the case.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click (?) Help.
  3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a call back from the next available expert.
