Yes. You can no longer use the Price Rules feature in the new invoice experience. I'll share further details about this.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you still have the option to create several price rules however, applying them to the invoice in the new layout experience is unavailable.

I know how this may affect your working progress in terms of managing sales transactions. With that said, I recommend sending feedback to our product developers to share your insights and suggestions. Here's how:
- Open your Invoice form by clicking the Invoice option in the +New menu.
- Once opened, select the Feedback icon.
- Then, enter the details of your suggestions and insights about using price rules in the new invoice layout,
- When ready, click Submit Feedback.
