Unfortunately, that's how Filipino call centres work. They're a barrier between the company and the customer. Designed to intercept all the people without a brain who can't use the software. When a real software bug exists, it never makes it past the call centre as they just aren't paid enough to care or follow through. Quickbooks also clearly has no real policies in place for the call centre to pass on real problems to developers.
